Aevora Healthcare
Pre-launch home care agency targeting GAPP Medicaid pediatric nursing and private pay adult care. Co-founded with my wife, a board-certified internist. Operations run on AevoraOS, the HIPAA-compliant agent platform I designed in-house.
Reliant Process Solutions
Atlanta-based service of process company. Six named agents handle intake, routing, skip trace, quality, communications and billing. Co-founded with a registered process server. Live operations.
TechEccentric Consulting
Government and enterprise technology programmes across Nigeria. Active engagements include ThriveAbia (training ten thousand young Nigerians) and STELUMA, a STEM education transformation initiative training teachers to build interactive learning materials with AI tools.
QurateHQ
A sixteen-week milestone-based programme that converts tech-skilled people into income earners. Aimed at the gap between formal training and the first paid contract.

The 37,000-line document intelligence platform I built and licensed to a Fortune 1000 insurance broker. Schema extraction, RAG pipelines, evaluation harness, full audit log. The work I point to when somebody asks what production AI looks like.

Engineering
FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Celery, Redis, Postgres, Docker. Patterns I have shipped to production at scale, with the operational telemetry that lets a team sleep through the weekend.

HIPAA controls, BAA scoping, PHI handling, audit logs, and the documentation a compliance officer will actually sign off on. Predictive readmission and care management models.

Hiring rubrics, interview loops, IC ladders, performance frameworks, and the operating cadence that gets a team to predictable shipping inside ninety days.
