Engage

If we are
a fit, write.

I take on a small number of engagements each year. The fastest way to start is a short note describing what you are trying to solve and the rough shape of the work.

A short brief

Three lines, and we are off.

01

The problem in one paragraph

What is broken, what would good look like, and why now. If you are not sure, that is fine, but try.

02

Stage and stakeholders

Who is sponsoring the work, who else is in the room, and what decision are you trying to support or unblock.

03

Shape and timeline

Advisor, fractional operator, or build. Rough budget if known, and the calendar you are working against.

Send a brief

Or use the form.

A few honest filters

When I will say no.

I do not take work where the brief is to validate a decision already made. I do not run pilots that have no ladder to production. I do not build AI for surveillance, manipulation, or content that harms vulnerable users.

I will say no quickly when it is not a fit, and I will tell you who I think can help. The reason is simple. I am only useful to you on problems where I can actually move the needle, and part of being useful is being honest about that boundary.
